Richard Gapper

Richard is a senior executive of several start-up businesses, with comprehensive experience in global marketing, brand management and business development. Richard was most recently Business Development Manager for Redarc Electronics and has extensive knowledge of both domestic and international business services, marketing strategies and emerging technologies. He has an outstanding track record in developing new initiatives and export strategies. His manufacturing experience involves working with start-up companies and SME’s in the Electronics, ICT, Manufacturing, Wine, Food and Water Industries. Richard has developed his own tools and methodologies for executing IP strategies, marketing and business development, brand management and production to drive continuous improvement within an organisation. As a business leader, Richard has considerable experience in project management, international contract negotiations and implementation of distribution agreements. He has a great ability to research, analyse, and achieve successful outcomes with distribution networks around the world, and be able to focus on achieving successful and profitable outcomes to company stakeholders. Richard has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA. His key role has been to develop relationships and distribution channels with leading organisations including Thames Water, Toyota Belgium, and Grandwest Auto in Canada. Richard has an outstanding track record of bringing new products to new markets world-wide, and has been a board member of the Water Industry Alliance and Exporters Club.
